Responsibilities
- Assist in the administration and processing of government applications and documents.
- Conduct research on local, state, and federal policies to support decision-making.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and the general public via email and phone.
- Ensure strict adherence to data privacy laws and government regulations.
- Maintain accurate digital records and filing systems for all departmental files.
- Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service regarding government inquiries and support.
Qualifications
- Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident (government requirement).
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support or customer service roles.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Background check and security clearance will be required.
