Responsibilities
- Manage and update internal government databases and records with 100% accuracy and confidentiality.
- Communicate effectively with government officials, contractors, and the public via email and phone.
- Prepare and process documents, reports, and correspondence in compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Coordinate schedules and maintain calendars for department leadership.
- Assist in the coordination of remote team meetings and virtual training sessions.
- Monitor incoming communications and prioritize urgent matters.
- Perform data entry tasks and generate weekly performance reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a government, administrative, or clerical role is highly desirable.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain strict data privacy standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated individual capable of working independently in a remote setting.
- Must be located within or willing to work in the Kansas City, MO area.
