Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Federal Program Manager to join our expanding team in Omaha, North Carolina.

In this role, you will manage critical federal contracts and ensure compliance with federal regulations while delivering high-impact results for our government clients.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of federal contract management, from proposal and award to closeout.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, FAR, and agency-specific policies.
- Act as the primary liaison between government stakeholders and internal project teams.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues in federal delivery.
- Prepare and present detailed performance reports to senior leadership and federal oversight bodies.
- Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of excellence and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing federal government contracts or programs.
- Deep understanding of federal procurement processes, compliance standards, and security protocols.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate complex government relationships.
- Proven experience in budget management and performance reporting.
- Ability to obtain or maintain a Public Trust or Secret Security Clearance.
