Responsibilities
- Analyze state agency policies and procedures to identify optimization opportunities
- Prepare comprehensive reports for legislative committees and executive leadership
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects to improve service delivery
- Develop data-driven recommendations for operational improvements
- Manage stakeholder communications across government entities
- Monitor compliance with state regulations and federal mandates

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in government or public sector analysis
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Texas state government structure
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Ability to obtain security clearance
- Master's degree preferred
