Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in state government, public administration, or a relevant professional sector.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal compliance laws and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government-specific software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
