Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years of policy analysis experience in government sector
- Expertise in Washington State legislative processes and regulations
- Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of federal/state/local government interplay
- Valid Washington State driver's license
