Responsibilities
- Screen passengers, carry-on luggage, and cargo using advanced X-ray technology and manual inspection techniques
- Monitor security checkpoints to detect prohibited items and potential threats
- Operate metal detectors, imaging equipment, and explosive detection systems
- Enforce TSA regulations while maintaining professional customer service standards
- Document security incidents and maintain accurate screening records

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship (required)
- High school diploma or GED (minimum)
- Pass extensive background check and drug screening
- Successfully complete TSA Security Officer Training Academy
- Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime
- Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with security screening equipment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
