Responsibilities
- Sort and organize mail/packages for efficient delivery routes
- Safely operate USPS vehicles while adhering to traffic laws
- Deliver mail and packages to residential and business addresses
- Collect outgoing mail and process customer transactions
- Maintain accurate delivery records and reports
- Operate scanning equipment for package tracking
- Provide excellent customer service at delivery points
Qualifications
- US citizenship or permanent resident status
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Availability to work flexible schedules (including weekends/holidays)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
