Responsibilities
- Deliver mail and packages to residential and commercial addresses along designated routes
- Sort and organize mail efficiently according to USPS standards
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and adhere to traffic regulations
- Collect outgoing mail and process postage payments
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report discrepancies
- Operate scanning equipment to track package movements
Qualifications
- US citizenship or permanent resident status
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 70 lbs repeatedly and walk up to 10 miles daily
- Strong attention to detail and route memorization skills
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Availability for early morning shifts (5:00 AM start)
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
