Responsibilities
- Deliver mail and packages efficiently along assigned routes
- Sort and organize mail according to postal regulations
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and maintain route schedules
- Collect mail from designated boxes and customer locations
- Process customer transactions and provide exceptional service
- Maintain accurate delivery records and reports
- Operate automated delivery equipment and handheld scanners
Qualifications
- US citizenship or permanent resident status
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds repeatedly
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
