- Process customer transactions including money orders and stamps
- Report maintenance issues and mail irregularities promptly
- Adhere to USPS safety protocols and delivery standards
- Provide courteous service to customers during delivery interactions
Qualifications
- US citizenship or permanent resident status
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- Availability for flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy for mail processing systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to walk long distances in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
