Responsibilities
- Deliver mail and packages along designated routes in all weather conditions
- Sort and organize mail efficiently for accurate delivery
- Collect outgoing mail and postage payments
- Operate delivery vehicles and maintain route schedules
- Provide excellent customer service at delivery points
- Report delivery irregularities and maintain delivery records
- Adhere to USPS safety protocols and procedures
Qualifications
- US citizenship or permanent resident status
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- Ability to walk/stand 6-8 hours daily
- Basic computer literacy for tracking systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
