Responsibilities
- Sort, sequence, and deliver mail/packages to residential and business addresses
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and adhere to traffic laws
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer service logs
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery issues professionally
- Perform daily vehicle maintenance checks and report concerns
- Adhere to USPS safety protocols and delivery standards
- Assist with mail processing when not on delivery route
Qualifications
- US citizenship or permanent resident status
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- Basic math skills for package sorting
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to work location
