Responsibilities
- Sort, load, and deliver mail/packages along designated routes using postal vehicles
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and maintain accurate delivery records
- Collect and process postage due mail and money orders
- Provide excellent customer service at delivery points and retail counters
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report mail irregularities
- Operate automated mail processing equipment when assigned
- Adhere to all USPS safety regulations and operational procedures
Qualifications
- US citizenship or permanent resident status
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- Availability for early morning shifts (6:00 AM start)
- Basic computer literacy for digital tracking systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to walk 5-8 miles daily in all weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent required
