Responsibilities
- Deliver mail and packages along assigned routes using USPS-provided vehicles
- Sort and prepare mail efficiently at the distribution facility
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and at customer locations
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report maintenance issues
- Adhere to strict safety protocols while operating USPS equipment
- Work in all weather conditions to ensure timely deliveries
- Assist with special projects and peak season mail volume
Qualifications
- US citizenship or permanent resident status
- Valid state driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs repeatedly
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for tracking systems
- Reliable transportation to reporting location
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
