Responsibilities
- Deliver mail and parcels along prescribed urban and rural routes
- Operate USPS-provided vehicles safely and efficiently
- Sort and organize mail according to delivery sequence
- Collect outgoing mail and customer requests
- Maintain accurate delivery records and reports
- Provide exceptional customer service at residences and businesses
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 70 lbs and walk up to 8 hours daily
- Pass background check and pre-employment screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Availability for flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- Basic computer literacy for reporting systems
