Responsibilities
- Sort and deliver mail/packages along assigned routes efficiently and accurately
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and adhere to all traffic regulations
- Collect mail from residential and business mailboxes
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report mail irregularities
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with the public
- Safely operate postal equipment including scanners and parcel lockers
- Complete daily delivery logs and route maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- US citizenship or permanent resident status required
- Valid state driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for USPS systems operation
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and navigate diverse terrain
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
