Responsibilities
- Sort, sequence, and deliver mail/packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and adhere to USPS regulations
- Collect postage and maintain accurate delivery records
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions
- Report delivery issues and maintain route efficiency
- Operate automated delivery equipment and handheld scanners
Qualifications
- US citizenship or permanent resident status
- Valid state driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and route navigation skills
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
