Responsibilities
- Sort and distribute mail/packages efficiently using automated systems
- Deliver mail and parcels to residential/business addresses across designated routes
- Operate delivery vehicles safely while adhering to USPS regulations
- Collect outgoing mail from collection boxes and customer locations
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer interactions
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery operations
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and tracking systems
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
