Responsibilities
- Sort and deliver mail/packages to residential/business addresses along assigned routes
- Collect outgoing mail from mailboxes and businesses
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate delivery records and handle customer inquiries
- Adhere to USPS safety protocols and service standards
- Work in various weather conditions and lift items up to 35 lbs
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Physical stamina for extended walking/standing
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
