Responsibilities
- Sort and process incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently using automated and manual sorting equipment.
- Load and unload trucks and conveyors, ensuring cargo is secured and organized.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting packages weighing up to 70 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Verify address information and resolve discrepancies to prevent misdelivery.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily distribution targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status is required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Valid Driver's License (not always required for processing, but beneficial).
