Responsibilities
- Coordinate healthcare services and benefits for veteran patients
- Process and prioritize VA claims with 98% accuracy
- Conduct eligibility assessments for VA programs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Maintain compliance with federal healthcare regulations
- Provide veterans with resource navigation assistance
- Generate monthly performance reports
- Participate in community outreach initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in veteran services or healthcare coordination
- VA certification (VHA 101) preferred
- Proficiency in VA healthcare systems (VistA, Cerner)
- Valid New Mexico driver's license
- US citizenship required
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
