Responsibilities
- Coordinate veteran healthcare access and benefits enrollment
- Manage case files and ensure compliance with federal regulations
- Provide crisis intervention and psychosocial support services
- Collaborate with community partners for veteran resource integration
- Conduct eligibility assessments and benefits counseling
- Maintain accurate documentation in VA systems
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Health, or related field
- 3+ years experience in veteran services or healthcare administration
- Proficiency with VA systems (VISTA, VBA, VHA)
- Valid California driver's license
- Ability to obtain VA background clearance
- Strong crisis intervention and conflict resolution skills
- Familiarity with federal procurement regulations (FAR)
