Responsibilities
- Manage veteran benefit claims with 95% accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care teams for complex veteran cases
- Develop and implement outreach programs for underserved veteran populations

- Train staff on VA regulations and compliance requirements

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Administration or related field
- 3+ years federal service experience (GS-11 equivalent)
- VA claims processing certification (required)
- Expertise in veteran healthcare systems and benefits
- Advanced data analysis skills using VA-specific software
- Secret security clearance (must obtain within 90 days)
- Proven ability to manage high-volume caseloads
