Responsibilities
- Process and adjudicate veterans' compensation, pension, and education benefit claims
- Conduct comprehensive interviews to gather evidence for claims

- Collaborate with medical professionals to develop disability ratings
- Maintain accurate case documentation in VA systems
- Respond to inquiries from veterans, families, and congressional offices
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year claims processing experience preferred
- Knowledge of federal benefits programs (VA, SSA, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management software
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills
