Responsibilities
- Process and adjudicate veterans' benefits claims with 100% accuracy and timeliness
- Conduct comprehensive interviews to gather supporting documentation
- Interpret complex federal regulations (38 CFR) and VA policies
- Provide exceptional customer service to veterans and their families
- Maintain detailed case records in VA's electronic systems

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years claims processing experience
- Proficiency in VA VBA systems and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of veterans' benefits programs
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Valid state driver's license
