Responsibilities
- Process and prioritize high-volume veteran benefit applications with 99% accuracy
- Coordinate interdepartmental communications and documentation workflows
- Utilize VA-specific systems (e.g., VBMS, VBA) for case management
- Provide frontline support to veterans and their families regarding benefit inquiries
- Maintain strict compliance with federal regulations and data security protocols
- Generate performance reports using advanced Excel functions and VA dashboards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in government or regulated industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Active security clearance eligibility or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Familiarity with federal procurement processes (FAR/DFARS)
