Responsibilities

- Provide expert guidance to veterans, families, and survivors on VA programs

- Maintain precise case documentation and compliance with federal regulations

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in social sciences, business, or related field
- Proficiency in VA claims processing systems (e.g., VBMS, VBA)
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Experience with case management or customer service in regulated environments
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and empathy
- Valid California driver's license for occasional travel to VA facilities
