Responsibilities
- Assist veterans with benefits applications and claims processing
- Provide accurate information on federal veterans programs
- Maintain confidential case files and documentation
- Communicate effectively with veterans via phone, email, and in-person
- Collaborate with medical and legal teams to resolve complex cases
- Participate in ongoing training on veterans' policies
- Track and report case metrics for performance evaluation
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required
- 1+ years customer service or case management experience
- Familiarity with veterans' benefits programs preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and data entry systems
