Responsibilities
- Process and maintain confidential public records with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional in-person and phone customer service to county residents
- Coordinate weekend document scanning and archiving operations
- Assist with public counter inquiries during weekend business hours
- Support departmental reporting and data entry tasks
- Collaborate with weekday staff to ensure continuity of services
- Adhere to all county protocols and security procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years administrative or customer service experience
