Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for federal personnel during weekend shifts.
- Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- Perform physical security checks and access control for IT equipment.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and maintenance logs accurately.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software updates.
- Respond to emergency tickets within defined service level agreements.
- Collaborate with on-call support teams for escalations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or equivalent experience preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Experience with Active Directory, Windows 10/11, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Secret clearance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to the federal site.
