Responsibilities
- Manage and process incoming federal applications and citizen inquiries efficiently.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on sensitive government documents and case files.
- Assist in the coordination of weekend staffing schedules and logistical operations.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with federal regulations.
- Communicate effectively with applicants via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Update databases and records with accurate information in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- United States Citizenship is required for all federal positions.
- Ability to work a rotating weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
- Experience with government databases or public service is preferred.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex procedures.
