- Manage weekend case processing for U.S. veteran benefits with 99.8% accuracy
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications across federal agencies
- Execute weekend system audits ensuring compliance with federal regulations
- Provide real-time support to U.S. citizens during weekend emergencies
- Document weekend operational activities in federal databases
- Collaborate with U.S. embassy teams on weekend protocol matters
- Conduct weekend security checks for federal facilities in London
Qualifications
- UK citizenship or valid work authorization
- 3+ years experience in government/public sector operations
- Proficiency in federal compliance protocols (FAR, DFARS)
- Weekend availability mandatory (Sat/Sun 7am-3pm)
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain SC clearance
- Advanced knowledge of U.S. federal systems (VA, SSA, DoD)
- Exceptional crisis management and weekend decision-making skills
