Responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Verify the eligibility of all individuals entering federal buildings.
- Manage high-volume phone lines and route calls efficiently.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and interoffice correspondence.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date client databases.
- Assist in enforcing facility security protocols and emergency procedures.
- Collaborate with administrative staff to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
