Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce compliance with municipal regulations during weekend operations
- Review and process government applications, permits, and documentation
- Conduct weekend inspections of city facilities and public spaces
- Generate compliance reports for weekly municipal review meetings
- Coordinate with weekend emergency response teams for urgent matters
- Update digital compliance databases and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years government or regulatory compliance experience
- Valid Illinois driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance tracking software
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun, 7am-3pm)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to regulatory detail
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass federal background clearance
