Responsibilities
- Process and verify incoming government documents and applications with high accuracy.
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk, providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintain and update confidential digital and physical records in compliance with city protocols.
- Operate standard office equipment, including printers, scanners, and computers.
- Assist in the coordination of weekend community events and facility maintenance.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and meet safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive government information.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
