Responsibilities
- Manage weekend public service operations including facility access, emergency response coordination, and constituent communications
- Process critical government documentation and permits with 100% accuracy and timeliness
- Conduct weekend facility inspections and security assessments to maintain compliance with municipal standards
- Coordinate cross-departmental weekend operations including IT support, maintenance requests, and emergency services
- Respond to constituent inquiries via multiple channels (phone, email, in-person) with exceptional service
- Prepare comprehensive weekend operation reports and handover documentation for weekday staff
- Participate in weekend training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of government or public sector experience with weekend shift exposure
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government-specific software systems
- Ability to obtain and maintain Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with demonstrated crisis management abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in high-pressure situations
- Flexibility to work alternating weekends and holidays as required
