Responsibilities
- Provide constituent support via phone, email, and in-person services during weekend hours
- Process administrative documents with 99% accuracy for public records and permits
- Coordinate emergency response protocols during weekend incidents
- Conduct facility security checks and maintenance reports
- Support weekend community outreach events and public meetings
- Update digital systems and databases in real-time
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless service transitions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or administrative experience
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and government databases
- Valid Kentucky driver's license and clean driving record
- US citizenship or legal permanent residency status
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
