Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional citizen assistance via in-person and digital channels during weekend shifts
- Process permits, licenses, and municipal documentation with precision
- Collaborate with state/federal agencies for cross-departmental compliance
- Conduct field inspections and report maintenance issues to infrastructure teams
- Maintain accurate records in government databases following HIPAA/FERPA protocols
- Support emergency response coordination during weekend operations
- Participate in community outreach initiatives on weekends
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Public Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years government/civic service experience
- Proficiency with municipal software systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean record
- Ability to pass Tier 3 federal background clearance
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Spanish bilingual certification highly desirable
