Responsibilities
- Execute weekend public safety patrols and emergency response protocols
- Manage facility operations and maintenance during peak weekend hours
- Process citizen requests and provide exceptional weekend customer service
- Coordinate with weekend community events and public gatherings
- Maintain accurate weekend shift documentation and incident reports
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless service continuity
- Participate in weekend emergency response drills and training
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years government or public sector experience
- Valid California Class C driver's license
- Ability to work Saturdays/Sundays with weekday availability for training
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Certification in public safety or facility management preferred
- Proficiency in city service systems and reporting tools
- Fluency in English and Spanish highly desirable
- Pass background check and drug screening
