Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users during weekend operations.
- Maintain and monitor server hardware and network infrastructure to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Perform routine software updates, patches, and security scans during low-traffic hours.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and operational procedures for the IT department.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software assets across the facility.
- Collaborate with the main IT team to resolve escalated technical tickets.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or system administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and network protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to obtain a State Government Security Clearance.
