Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operations during assigned weekend shifts to ensure seamless public service delivery.
- Interact with citizens and visitors, resolving inquiries and issues with a high level of professionalism and empathy.
- Process incoming paperwork, permits, and administrative documents with strict attention to accuracy.
- Maintain and update digital records and databases in compliance with government regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements for weekend workflows.
- Monitor facility security and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for staff and the public.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, or government operations is preferred.
- Must be available to work a consistent schedule on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer systems.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
