Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily operations at the service center during weekend shifts to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Assist customers with license renewals, vehicle registrations, and administrative inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records and data entry for all transactions processed on the weekend.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with weekday staff to restock necessary supplies.
- Ensure compliance with all state regulations, safety protocols, and internal policies.
- Handle high volumes of customer traffic with patience and efficiency to minimize wait times.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to address operational challenges and implement process improvements.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, operations, or administrative support.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) on a regular basis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with the public.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Background check and fingerprinting required for state employment.
