Responsibilities
- Plan and execute weekend recreational programs (sports, arts, special events)
- Ensure participant safety and enforce facility regulations
- Monitor equipment and facility maintenance needs
- Provide excellent customer service to program participants
- Complete incident reports and documentation
- Collaborate with staff to coordinate weekend operations
- Assist with setup/cleanup of activity areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months experience in recreation, education, or youth programs
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid California driver's license
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
