Responsibilities
- Manage weekend recreational programs including sports leagues, arts workshops, and senior activities
- Enforce safety protocols during facility operations and outdoor events
- Assist with facility setup, equipment management, and inventory control
- Provide exceptional customer service to diverse community members
- Coordinate volunteer staff for weekend events and activities
- Prepare activity reports and maintain participant documentation
- Collaborate with weekday staff to ensure seamless program continuity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in recreation or related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in recreational program coordination or customer service
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Valid Arizona Driver's License with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible weekends and holidays as required
