Responsibilities
- Process citizen requests and administrative documents with precision during weekend hours
- Manage confidential records using state databases while maintaining strict compliance protocols
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications for weekend operations
- Conduct data entry and report generation for weekly performance metrics
- Provide in-person assistance to weekend visitors at state facilities
- Implement emergency response procedures during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Public Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years government or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and state-specific software systems
- Valid California driver's license (Class C or higher)
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8AM-5PM)
- Fluency in English with Spanish bilingual certification preferred
- Successful completion of state background clearance
