Responsibilities
- Process citizen inquiries and public records requests during weekend shifts
- Manage document scanning, filing, and digital record-keeping systems
- Coordinate with state agencies for weekend operational support
- Assist with public counter services at state facilities
- Maintain accurate logs of weekend transactions and activities
- Support emergency response coordination as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years clerical or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Washington State driver's license
- Pass background check and fingerprint clearance
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-5pm)
