- Conduct quality assurance audits of weekend operations
- Support disaster recovery initiatives during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and federal background clearance required
- 3+ years federal/government operations experience
- Proficiency in VA systems (VBMS, VBA) or equivalent
- Weekend shift availability (Sat/Sun 6AM-6PM)
- Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain
- Knowledge of veteran benefits programs
- TS/SCI clearance preferred
- Experience with emergency management protocols
