Responsibilities
- Provide in-person and phone-based citizen support during weekend shifts (7 AM - 4 PM)
- Process permits, licenses, and public records requests with precision
- Coordinate with emergency response teams during weekend incidents
- Maintain accurate digital records in county databases
- Assist with public outreach events and weekend community programs
- Support weekend facility operations and security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 2+ years customer service or public administration experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and government databases
- Ability to obtain Public Records Officer certification
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual a plus)
- Valid Washington State driver's license
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
