Responsibilities
- Manage client cases and provide critical social services support during weekend hours
- Process emergency assistance applications and documentation with precision
- Coordinate with state agencies and community partners for resource referrals
- Maintain accurate case records and comply with state regulatory requirements
- Respond to urgent constituent inquiries and resolve complex issues
- Conduct home visits and community outreach as needed
- Participate in weekend emergency response protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in human services or public sector
- Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in state case management systems (e.g., MAXIS)
- Spanish bilingual certification preferred
- Clear background check and fingerprinting clearance
- Ability to lift 20 lbs for document handling
